Michael Pelletier is an approved Supervisor Assessor by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration and a Certified New Hampshire Assessor. He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Vermont. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser for over 20 years and holds an active license in good standing. He has taken several appraisal/assessing courses and conducted multiple complex appraisals for Lawyers, banking/lending institutions, and private parties where value at question. He has provided assessing services for MRI and multiple communities for more than 15 years.
