J. Patrick MacQueen has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Yale University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. Mr. MacQueen’s experience includes 32 years of local government management, seventeen of which were as City Manager of Keene, New Hampshire. Mr. MacQueen has extensive local government general management, labor relations, community development, and intergovernmental relations' experience. He is a past President and long-time Board member of the New Hampshire Municipal Association, as well as a Trustee from its inception of the Compensation Funds of New Hampshire. Mr. MacQueen is a Senior Associate at MRI and has performed many organizational reviews, executive recruitments and has served as interim Manager/Administrator in Enfield, Pelham, Durham and Berlin, NH.
