Rita Donaldson, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience directing business and financial operations for several diverse enterprises, maintaining all phases of development of business plans and financing packages, capital improvement plans, and operating budgets. Prior to joining MRI, Ms. Donaldson served as Chief Operating Officer of a 14 million dollar specialty gift manufacturer and distributor, established and managed a public accounting firm and a management consulting firm and served as a municipal auditor. As an MRI Consultant she provides interim or long-term financial operations and/or technical assistance with a focus on operational and financial accountability for Municipal Resources clients were she has undertaken numerous organizational and operational assessments for municipal and school finance departments; has provided school business management support services for SAU 301, Prospect Mountain School District and SAU 18, Franklin / Hill School District and has also served as interim finance manager for Derry and Hanover, NH and Hartford, VT. Rita earned a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Hampshire.
